Volunteer Update

Our volunteers have been pivotal in our recent success in gathering the experiences from the public at various ‘Talk to Us’ points we have established across the city.

The Talk to Us points were set up at: Mary Potter Health Centre, Nottingham Central Library, London Road Walk in Centre, St Ann’s Joint Services Centre, Bulwell Riverside and Clifton Cornerstone.

We would like to thank the above partners for supporting us in hosting the ‘Talk to Us’ points. We will now be refreshing the ‘Talk to Us’ points and will be setting up points at a whole range of different venues including supermarkets, schools, community centres.

We are currently welcoming suggestions for potential venues for future Talk to Us points, if you would like to host a Talk to Us point please contact us.

A small group of volunteers have also helped staff our information line, which has recently received and increased number of calls, many of which are helping us to build our intelligence data on local services.

We would like to say a big thank-you to all our volunteers, who help us to reach out more people and places across Nottingham. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please contact Joan Cook on 0115 859 9510
